Überdurchschnittliche Werte liefern alle Grafikkarten im Serious Sam 2 Test, ohne Kantenglättung. Mit aktiverter Kantenglättung, bzw. AA/AF, liegt die grüne Front wieder vorne. Eine gute Leistung zeigt auch das CrossFire-System, bestehend aus zwei Radeon HD 3850.
